“ Drove 12 hours this day. Was starving at 9pm. Had zero expectations but was so surprised to find this gem. Not just a cool place with live music on a Saturday night. This was hands down the best catfish, hush puppies and fries green tomatoes I've ever had. The service, even for being a curbside to-go order, was phenomenal. Can't wait to stop by again on our journey home! ”

“ I really enjoyed my drinks, fried cheese and burger from Romie's. I believe when we visited, they were a little under staffed. There was a big party there and we had to wait a little longer than I expected for the food. Everyone was real nice and we completely understand about the under staffing. I do suggest that if there is a band playing to ask to sit inside if you want to be able to talk to the other people at your table. We liked the band but it was really loud. ”

I had one of the daily lunch specials of fried chicken (I chose the white meat chicken breast, but dark meat leg and thigh was also an option), mashed potatoes and tomato pie w/ a roll. My kiddo had the kids cheeseburger with fries. The portions were hearty and we took home a to-go box with enough for another meal. Our waitress was good, the restaurant was clean, and we were attended to quickly. The tea is also top-notch and comes in to-go cups that are easy to get a refill and top for the road. Overall very happy with our experience. The honey mustard was also notable! ”

Oh my goodness I love the atmosphere, the food and it has a fire place out back during fall and winter months it's amazing!!!! I just love their bread and food! Go early so you can get a great seat and sit outside esp in the colder months. ”
